Job Description

Location: Kochi, Kerala
Experience: 8–12 Years

Role: Sales \& Business Development

We are looking for an experienced and highly communicative sales professional to drive business growth across the banking and financial services segment.

The ideal candidate should be confident in face-to-face client meetings, lead generation, relationship management, negotiation and deal closure, with the ability to interact comfortably with senior banking stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Generate new business opportunities within Banks, Financial Institutions and Corporates
Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior banking stakeholders
Conduct regular face-to-face meetings and client visits
Generate leads, manage the sales pipeline and convert opportunities
Understand customer requirements and present suitable business solutions
Negotiate and independently close deals
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Manage and develop a sales team while also contributing individually
Maintain regular sales reports and business updates

Mandatory Requirements

8–12 years of B2B / Corporate Sales experience
Experience dealing with Banks / Financial Institutions / Corporate clients
Strong field sales and face-to-face customer interaction
Team handling experience
Proven lead generation and business development experience
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Highly confident and articulate personality with the ability to build rapport quickly
Comfortable interacting with Branch Managers, GMs and senior management

Preferred Background

Interested candidates with strong banking/corporate sales experience are encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
