Job Description
We are looking for an energetic and organised Operations \& Expansion Executive to support daily centre operations and new centre expansion.
Responsibilities
Coordinate daily centre operations and staff follow-ups.
Maintain reports, Excel/Google Sheets, attendance, enquiries and appointments.
Coordinate with parents/customers, staff, vendors and internal teams.
Support centre setup, launch activities and vendor coordination.
Assist with recruitment, onboarding and training coordination.
Track pending tasks and ensure timely follow-ups.
Support local outreach and expansion activities.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Around 1 year of experience in operations, administration, customer service, sales coordination or similar roles.
Good communication skills in Malayalam and English.
Basic/intermediate Excel or Google Sheets knowledge.
Good follow-up, coordination and documentation skills.
Willingness to travel across Kerala when required.
Salary
₹18,000 – ₹25,000/month, depending on experience and skills.
