We are looking for motivated, responsible and experienced candidates to join our team for the following positions

E-Commerce Specialist

Job Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day e-commerce and marketplace operations
• Manage product listings, catalogue updates and content corrections
• Handle online orders, inventory and stock updates
• Coordinate with Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, Meesho and other online platforms
• Monitor sales, orders, returns and cancellations
• Manage pricing, offers and promotional updates
• Coordinate with marketplace teams for operational issues
• Support e-commerce advertising and sales activities
• Prepare sales and marketplace performance reports
• Coordinate with warehouse, accounts, sales and other internal teams
• Identify operational issues and ensure timely resolution
• Support overall e-commerce growth and marketplace performance

Requirements

• Previous experience in e-commerce / marketplace operations
• Good knowledge of online marketplaces and e-commerce platforms
• Experience in product listing, inventory and order management
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and reporting
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple marketplaces and tasks
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Experience with Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, Meesho or similar platforms will be preferred

Salary

Negotiable based on experience, skills and suitability.

E-Commerce Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Handle daily e-commerce operations
• Product listing and catalogue management
• Update pricing, stock and product information
• Process and monitor online orders
• Coordinate order fulfilment and dispatch
• Monitor returns and cancellations
• Coordinate with marketplace teams
• Support promotional and sales activities
• Maintain e-commerce reports
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations

Requirements

• Previous experience in e-commerce preferred
• Basic knowledge of online marketplaces
• Good computer and Excel skills
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to learn quickly and manage multiple tasks

Salary

Negotiable based on experience, skills and suitability.
