Housekeeping Room Attendant

Key Responsibilities

Room Cleaning

Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and disinfecting guest rooms and bathrooms to established hotel standards.

Amenity Management

Replenishing toiletries, towels, minibar items, and linen.

Public Area Maintenance

Ensuring cleanliness in hallways, lobbies, and public washrooms

Guest Service \& Interaction: Responding to guest requests promptly, handling complaints politely, and maintaining a professional, helpful demeanor.

Safety \& Security: Operating with, and securing, master keys, reporting maintenance issues or damages, and following fire/safety protocols.

Operational Tasks

Attending briefings, maintaining inventory of supplies, and completing daily productivity reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience

Previous experience in housekeeping or similar roles is often preferred, but we accept freshers.

Skills

Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, time management, and effective communication.

Flexibility

Willingness to work varied shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.

Common Qualifications \& Education: High school diploma or equivalent is typically required.

Hotel Management Degree/Diploma. We are also looking for experienced personnel.

Knowledge of sanitation protocols and cleaning equipment.
