Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable HR Faculty to conduct part-time classes for students pursuing Human Resource Management and related programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging online and offline classes.
• Prepare and deliver lectures, presentations, and learning materials.
• Teach HR and related management subjects.
• Conduct assignments, activities, and assessments.
• Clarify students' academic doubts and provide proper guidance.
• Maintain an interactive and professional learning environment.

Eligibility \& Qualifications

• Candidates with a Degree, Master's Degree, Diploma, or PG Diploma in Human Resource Management / HR / Business Management or a related field can apply.
• Freshers are also welcome to apply.
• Teaching, training, or industry experience in HR is an added advantage but not mandatory.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to explain concepts clearly and interact effectively with students.
• Good command of English and Malayalam is preferred.

Work Schedule

• Part-time
• Flexible working hours based on batch requirements.
• Classes may be conducted on weekdays or weekends.
