Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate ICU Staff Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in the Intensive Care Unit. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring critically ill patients, administering medications, assisting doctors during procedures, and maintaining accurate patient records.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and assess critically ill patients.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Maintain accurate nursing documentation and patient records.
- Monitor vital signs and report changes in patient condition.
- Assist doctors during medical procedures and emergencies.
- Manage ventilators, infusion pumps, and other ICU equipment.
- Provide patient and family education regarding treatment plans.
- Follow infection control and patient safety protocols.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
Eligibility Criteria
- B.Sc Nursing / GNM Nursing.
- Valid Nursing Council Registration.
- Minimum 1–2 years of ICU experience preferred.
- Freshers with good clinical knowledge may also apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
