What We're Looking ForMinimum 6 months of experience in US IT Bench Sales. Good communication and email writing skills. Knowledge of marketing bench consultants to vendors and clients. Familiarity with the US IT Staffing process. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Willingness to work in the US Night Shift. Key Responsibilities Market bench consultants to Tier-1 Vendors, Direct Clients, and Implementation Partners. Identify suitable job requirements and submit qualified consultants. Coordinate interviews between consultants and clients. Negotiate rates and manage the placement process. Maintain daily activity reports and follow up with vendors and clients. Build and maintain strong professional relationships with vendors and clients. Ensure timely communication and successful consultant placements. Required Skills Minimum 6 months of Bench Sales experience. Good communication and negotiation skills. Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Outlook, and other office applications. Strong organizational and follow-up abilities. Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
