Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound CRM leads and follow-ups
Qualify leads and convert them into walk-ins
Counsel students and parents on IT courses
Conduct demos and explain course offerings
Handle fee, EMI and batch-related queries
Convert qualified leads into admissions
Requirements
Fluent in Marathi & Hindi
Basic conversational English
Confident in calling and face-to-face counselling
Comfortable handling 50–80 calls/day
Willing to work 6 days/week, including Saturdays
Sales/counselling experience is an advantage
