Job Overview

We are hiring Customer Support Executives for a Walmart Seller Support process in Pune. The role involves assisting sellers with their queries, providing accurate information, resolving process-related issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Candidates with experience in e-commerce seller support or customer service are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer/seller queries through the designated support channel.

Understand seller concerns and provide accurate and timely resolutions.

Follow established process guidelines and service standards.

Maintain professional communication with customers and sellers.

Record and update customer interactions and case details as required.

Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team.

Meet quality, productivity, and customer service parameters.

Candidate EligibilityCandidates with E-commerce Seller Support / Customer Service Experience

Minimum B2-level communication skills.

Experience in e-commerce seller support or customer service.

Both domestic and international customer service experience may be considered.

Good problem-solving and customer-handling skills.

Candidates from Non-E-commerce Backgrounds

Minimum B2+ communication skills.

Prior international customer service experience is required.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to understand customer concerns and provide appropriate resolutions.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary up to ₹32,000 CTC per month, based on relevant experience and selection.

Both-side cab facility available.

Cab support available during applicable odd-hour shifts.
