We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer who can drive high-quality leads, optimize marketing spend, and scale digital campaigns to support business growth.

Role Objective

The Tele calling Executive will be the first point of contact for potential investors and homebuyers.

The primary goal is to convert digital marketing leads and database inquiries into confirmed Site Visits for our premium plotted developments and residential projects.

Key Responsibilities

-

Lead Management

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided leads

Project Pitching: - Clearly explain the unique selling points (USPs) of projects like Srivaru Orchards, including location advantages in the Whitefield corridor, amenities, and pricing.

Consultancy Approach

- Educate clients on the importance of RERA compliance and investment growth potential in North/East Bengaluru.

Appointment Scheduling

- Persuade interested leads to scheduled site visits and coordinate with the Sales Team/Manager for site assistance.

Follow-ups

- Maintain a disciplined follow-up schedule via calls and WhatsApp to nurture long-term prospects.

Data Management

- Update the CRM/Daily Tracker with accurate call remarks, lead status, and scheduled appointments.

Feedback Loop

- Provide daily reports on lead quality and common customer objections to the marketing team.
