Job Title: Telecaller
Department: Sales / Customer Support
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary

We are looking for a Telecaller to handle inbound and outbound customer calls, generate and qualify leads, conduct follow-ups, address customer queries, and support the sales process. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining customer records and achieving assigned calling and lead-generation targets.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided databases.

Handle inbound calls and respond to customer queries professionally.

Explain company products, services, offers, and relevant information to customers.

Generate, qualify, and nurture leads through regular follow-ups.

Understand customer requirements and identify potential sales opportunities.

Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, customer interactions, and follow-ups.

Update customer information and call outcomes in the CRM/system.

Coordinate with the sales team for qualified leads and further conversions.

Meet daily and monthly targets related to calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.

Handle customer objections and rejection professionally.

Maintain a positive and professional relationship with customers.

Required Skills

Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.

Fluency in English and relevant regional/local languages.

Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills.

Basic computer knowledge and data-entry skills.

Knowledge of CRM systems will be an advantage.

Good follow-up and persuasion skills.

Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Patience, confidence, and a professional attitude.

Qualification & Experience

Qualification: 10th / 12th / Graduate.
Experience: 2-5years in Telecalling, Telesales, Customer Support, Inside Sales, or Lead Generation.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
