About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and organised Procurement Executive to manage the company’s end-to-end procurement activities. The role will involve coordinating with vendors, sourcing products and services, negotiating prices, preparing comparisons, and supporting the sales team in closing projects efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end procurement activities for IT, ELV, networking, security, and related products/services.• Source products and obtain quotations from existing as well as new vendors.• Manage and maintain strong vendor relationships and coordinate pricing, availability, lead times, and deliveries.• Prepare comparative statements for different vendors and identify the best combination of price, quality, warranty, and delivery timelines.• Assist the sales team with BOQ pricing, product availability, alternate product options, and vendor quotations.• Maintain proper records of quotations, purchase orders, vendor details, pricing, and procurement status.

Required Skills

Good negotiation and vendor management skills.• Strong understanding of procurement and sourcing processes.• Good knowledge of IT/Networking/ELV products will be an advantage.• Good command of MS Excel and basic documentation.• Should be proactive, responsible, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Objective

To ensure that the company gets the right products, from the right vendors, at the right price and within the required timeline, while providing strong procurement support to the sales and project teams.

Pay

₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
