As the Head Chef (Pastry Chef) for the Kitchen, you will drive production excellence and team harmony. Being a leader, you will be responsible for mentoring, maintaining discipline, curating a safe culture, ensuring items are produced and sent from the kitchen on time, keeping and maintaining material logs, pre-ordering and communicating for raw materials with chief of staff and ops. You will also be accountable for maintaining high work standards daily in the kitchen. Your success will be measured not by individual successes but the success of the whole department.

Bringing new innovative ideas, working as a pastry chef, making sure orders are going timely, meeting the quality and expectations.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
