Aryabhangy Motors is inviting applications for the position of Branch Manager at our Angamaly showroom.

Job Summary

Lead and manage the operations of a branch, driving sales growth, customer satisfaction, and profitability while overseeing staff and implementing business strategies, Manage a Team.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day branch operations

Achieve sales and revenue targets

Lead and develop a team of staff

Ensure excellent customer service

Monitor branch performance and implement improvements

Maintain compliance with policies and regulations

Requirements

Any Graduate

Automobile experience will be an added advantage

Leadership and management skills

Strong communication and customer service skill

Experience

3–5 years or more in automobile dealership / sales / service / branch operations preferred
