Communicate with students and parents in Malayalam and English/Tamil when required.
Follow up regularly with prospective students.
Maintain accurate records of calls, enquiries, and follow-ups.
Coordinate with the Admissions Team for further processing.
Achieve daily and monthly calling and follow-up targets.
Maintain good communication and professional relationships with students and parents.
