• CTC: ₹2.00 LPA – ₹3.00 LPA + Incentives

Training & Probation Period

6 Months

Salary Structure

• First 3 months : ₹5000 + Incentives
• First 3 Months: ₹10,000 + Incentives
• Next 3 Months: ₹15,000 + Incentives
• Next 3 Months: ₹20,000 + Incentives
• After 12 Months: Growth and appraisal based on performance

We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized Project Coordinator to support smooth communication, timely execution, and effective coordination of ongoing projects.

This role is ideal for MBA freshers who enjoy planning, coordinating with teams, monitoring project progress, solving day-to-day execution issues, and working with digital tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Track project progress and maintain daily status reports.
• Communicate with clients regarding project updates, requirements, and deliverables.
• Assist in planning, scheduling, and monitoring project timelines.
• Coordinate with SEO, Social Media, Website, Design, and Content teams.
• Maintain project documentation and prepare meeting notes.
• Monitor assigned tasks and ensure timely completion.
• Identify day-to-day execution issues and coordinate for timely resolution.
• Support Project Managers in daily project operations.
• Client Retention, Portfolio Expansion, Strategic Cross Selling, and Contract Renewal.

Required

Good to Have

• Familiarity with ClickUp, Asana, Trello, Monday.com, Microsoft Project, or similar tools.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing, websites, SEO, social media, or content processes.
• Candidates with basic software knowledge and a strong willingness to develop their technical skills are encouraged to apply.
