- Cooking & Wok Operations
- Assist with basic stir-frying, steaming, frying, or boiling, handling equipment like woks under senior supervision.
- Plating & Presentation
- Serve and garnish food in correct portions according to restaurant and quality standards.
Hygiene & Safety: Clean and sanitize the workstation, store food correctly using FIFO (First In, First Out), and follow safety rules like HACCP.
