About the Role

As a Customer Service Associate – Inbound Support, you will communicate with customers in Hindi and English while supporting customer queries in an e-commerce environment. The role combines strong communication with digital proficiency and analytical thinking, including the ability to understand and quantify problem statements involving suppliers or vendors.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound customer interactions while communicating clearly and professionally in Hindi and English.

Understand customer concerns and requirements and provide clear, accurate and helpful communication.

Use MS Office, Google Sheets, Google Docs, and other digital productivity tools required for customer support activities.

Analyse and quantify problem statements related to suppliers or vendors and apply logical reasoning to propose appropriate solutions.

Apply e-commerce knowledge and customer service skills to understand concerns and support effective resolutions.

Job Requirements

Minimum Qualification

Class XII / H.S. Pass

Language Proficiency

Strong communication skills in Hindi and English; knowledge of a regional language is a plus

Communication Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication

E-commerce Knowledge

Experience and knowledge of e-commerce is a plus

Digital Skills

Hands-on experience with MS Office, Google Sheets, Google Docs, and similar productivity tools

Analytical Skills

Strong analytical and logical reasoning abilities
