Designation - Manager - Senior Manager
Role - Investor Relations Lead
Key responsibilities
- Preliminary engagement with the capital market participants
- Assist Head IR in preparing quarterly investor related documents including presentations, press releases, narratives and FAQs.
- Track macroeconomic and industry and developments through in depth research
- Deep dive analysis on different companies in competition space.
- Prepare other related documents like Investor factsheets, IR MIS, meeting trackers, etc.
Requirement
- Total experience: ~5 years in IR/Corporate Finance/Treasury
- Qualification: CA/CFA/MBA
- Proficiency: MS Excel, PPT
- Strong interpersonal skills
