Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with their queries and requests. Provide accurate information about services, appointments, and other customer-related inquiries. Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate complex issues to the concerned departments. Follow up with customers to ensure their queries are resolved and appointments are confirmed. Maintain accurate customer records and update call details in the CRM system. Follow the prescribed calling scripts, communication protocols, and quality standards. Achieve daily calling targets and maintain service quality. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues. Required Skills & QualificationsGood verbal communication skills in English and Telugu. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel. Good listening, problem-solving, and customer-handling skills. Ability to maintain a professional and courteous tone.
