About the Role

We are looking for energetic and customer-friendly Café Service Associates who can handle customer service, F&B operations, beverages, and hookah service while ensuring an excellent guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional customer service.

Take orders, serve food & beverages and ensure timely table service.

Prepare and serve chai, coffee, shakes, mocktails and other café beverages.

Handle hookah preparation and service as per company SOPs and applicable regulations.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of tables, service areas and equipment.

Coordinate with the kitchen and barista team for smooth order execution.

Handle customer queries, feedback and basic complaints professionally.

Assist with billing/POS and payment collection when required.

Maintain proper stock levels of service items and report shortages.

Follow all food safety, hygiene and operational standards.

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in a café, restaurant, lounge, QSR or hospitality environment preferred.

Good communication and customer-handling skills.

Basic knowledge of F&B service and beverages.

Experience with hookah service will be an advantage.

Energetic, presentable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Willingness to work shifts, weekends and holidays.

Salary

₹15,000–₹22,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
