Understand customer requirements and recommend relevant healthcare services appropriately.

Explain service benefits, packages, and consultation options clearly and confidently.

Generate qualified leads and follow up with interested customers to drive conversions.

Maintain a professional, warm, and customer-friendly approach at all times.

Coordinate with the relevant hospital/pharmacy teams for lead conversion and customer support.

Achieve assigned daily/monthly lead generation and conversion targets.

Maintain basic records and reports of customer interactions, leads, and conversions.

Ensure excellent customer experience and represent the healthcare brand professionally.

Key Skills & Qualifications

Strong customer interaction and interpersonal skills.

Warm, approachable, and confident personality.

Excellent communication skills.

Fluency in English, Hindi, and Telugu is mandatory.

Sales-oriented mindset with a strong focus on lead generation and conversions.

Ability to proactively engage customers and initiate conversations.

Ability to explain healthcare services clearly and confidently.

Previous experience in sales, retail sales, tele-sales, healthcare, pharmacy, hospitality, or customer-facing roles will be an advantage.

Freshers with excellent communication and convincing skills may also be considered.

Willing to work from 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary

Up to ₹20,000 per month
