Roles And Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-dialysis assessments, including vital signs, medical history, and dialysis prescriptions.

• Monitor lab results (e.g., blood work, electrolytes) and adjust treatments accordingly.

• Continuously monitor patients throughout the dialysis process

• Document patient data, treatment outcomes, and any incidents in patient records accurately.

• Communicate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care and coordinate treatment adjustments.

• Respond promptly and effectively to patient emergencies during dialysis, including initiating CPR if needed.

• Thorough understanding and assistance of Haemodialysis procedure
