We are looking for TPA Executive
Qualification- Graduation
- 1–3 years of experience in Hospital TPA/Insurance Desk preferred.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of hospital billing and insurance procedures.
- Good computer skills and knowledge of MS Office
Job description
- Handle cashless and reimbursement cases.
- Coordinate with TPAs, insurance companies, patients, and hospital departments.
- Process pre-authorizations, approvals, enhancements, and final approvals.
- Check and submit required patient documents to TPAs/insurance companies.
- Follow up on pending approvals and queries.
- Coordinate with the Billing, MRD, and concerned clinical departments.
- Maintain proper records of TPA/insurance cases.
- Ensure timely submission of documents and claims.
- Handle patient and attendant queries related to insurance/TPA processes.
- Perform other TPA-related duties as assigned by management.
