Position: Jr. Centre Monitoring Executive Function: Monitoring Department: E-Surveillance Education: 12th / Undergraduate Experience: 0–6 months; Freshers can apply Shift: Rotational shifts Working Days: 5 days a week Week Off: Any day of the week, including weekends Role: Alert-based monitoring, video monitoring and retail process monitoring Key Responsibilities: 24/7 visual video monitoring Monitor ATM machines, branches and retail processes Detect and deter attempted incidents/crime Ensure 100% schedule adherence Avoid monitoring miss-outs Escalate incidents as per SLA
