2-3 years in Export-Import & Logistics

Export Documentation

• Prepare and verify Proforma Invoices, Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists and

Shipping Instructions.

• Prepare export documentation including Shipping Bill, Bill of Lading/AWB, Certificate

of Origin, Fumigation Certificate, insurance documents, etc., as applicable.

• Coordinate preparation of COO and other destination-specific documents.
• Prepare documentation required for samples/FOC shipments.

Shipment & Logistics Coordination

• Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHA/customs brokers, shipping lines and

transporters.

• Obtain freight quotations and compare rates.
• Monitor shipment schedules, vessel ETD/ETA and transshipment details.
• Track shipments until delivery at destination.
• Coordinate with overseas customers regarding shipment documentation and

dispatch status.

• Handle issues relating to delays, container availability, documentation discrepancies,

detention/demurrage, etc.

Customs & Compliance

• Coordinate customs clearance and resolve documentation/customs queries.
• Ensure compliance with applicable DGFT, Customs, GST, FEMA/RBI and other EXIM

requirements.

• Verify export restrictions, licenses, declarations and other regulatory requirements

wherever applicable.

• Coordinate with CHA for examination, sampling, customs queries and clearance.
• Maintain proper records of export transactions.

Banking & Export Realisation

• Coordinate with the bank for submission/processing of export documents.
• Maintain records related to shipping documents, e-BRC, LUT and other

export-related banking requirements.

• Coordinate with accounts for reconciliation of export invoices and payments.

Pay

₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
