Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Order Execution Executive to manage end-to-end order processing between clients and vendors. The ideal candidate should have experience in documentation, coordination, and working knowledge of Tally ERP.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Receive and review purchase orders from clients.
Prepare and issue vendor purchase orders accurately.
Handle both-side documentation (client & vendor).
Coordinate with stores, accounts, and dispatch teams for order updates.
Track material status and follow up with vendors for timely delivery.
Maintain and update records in Tally & Excel.
Support billing, GRN, and invoicing as required.
Ensure smooth communication between internal departments and external parties.
Expertise & Skills Required
Proficiency in Tally ERP & MS Excel
Understanding of purchase, order management, and invoicing
Strong communication & coordination skills
Attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- Typing speed
- 35–40 WPM preferred
B.Com background with knowledge of accounts and basic inventory preferred
