About the Role

MEG WORLD TECHNOLOGIES is looking for an energetic and confident Telecaller / Sales & Customer Support Executive to join our team.

The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, generating and following up with leads, understanding customer requirements, promoting company products and services, and providing excellent customer support.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.

Generate leads through telephone calls and follow-up activities.

Explain company products and services to prospective customers.

Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.

Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.

Convert qualified leads into sales opportunities.

Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers.

Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.

Maintain customer and lead information in the CRM.

Update daily call reports and follow-up activities.

Coordinate with the sales and technical teams when required.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.

Maintain good customer relationships and professional communication.

Follow company sales and customer-support procedures.

Requirements

Good spoken and written English communication skills.

Good Tamil communication skills.

Confident and professional telephone communication.

Good convincing and negotiation skills.

Basic computer knowledge.

Ability to use CRM, WhatsApp, email, and other communication tools.

Good follow-up skills.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Ability to work with targets.

Experience

Freshers are welcome to apply.

Candidates with experience in telecalling, telesales, customer support, BPO, lead generation, inside sales, or business development will be preferred.

Working Hours

Full-time – Day Shift

Working hours will be discussed during the interview.
