Senior Jewellery Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service

Greet walk-in clients, discover their preferences, and suggest matching necklaces, rings, or earrings.

Product Demonstration

Explain metal purity (e.g., 22k gold), diamond specifications (cut, clarity), pricing, and making charges.

Sales Targets

Reach daily, monthly, and yearly sales quotas set by the showroom manager.

Billing & Transactions

Process cash, card, or UPI payments accurately via the Point of Sale (POS) system and handle basic documentation.

Inventory & Display

Arrange sparkling window and counter displays, and conduct daily stock counts for assigned section wise.

Relationship Management

Follow up with high-net-worth clients, inform them about special festive offers, and encourage for repeat visits.

Duty uniform will be Indian Traditional Saree which is mandatory.

Requirements & Skills

Experience

1 to 5+ years of retail sales experience, preferably within a luxury or fine jewellery showroom.

Communication

Polite, confident speaking style with fluency in local languages (such as English, Telugu & Hindi).

Product Knowledge

Basic understanding of precious metals, gemstones, hallmark standards, and current fashion trends.

Soft Skills

Active listening, smart grooming, persuasive negotiation, and patience in handling customers during peak festive rushes.

Pay

₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
