Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced professional with 5–8 years of experience in client servicing, account management and payroll operations, preferably in the staffing, recruitment, HR services or payroll industry.

The role will primarily be responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing payroll operations and ensuring smooth and timely service delivery. The candidate will be the key point of contact for assigned clients in the Hyderabad region and will work closely with internal Payroll, Recruitment and Compliance teams.

Key Responsibilities

Manage existing client relationships and act as the primary point of contact.

Closely monitor client requirements and ensure timely service delivery.

Take end-to-end responsibility for payroll operations for assigned clients.

Coordinate payroll processing, attendance, leave, salary inputs, statutory deductions and payroll MIS.

Ensure payroll is processed accurately and within agreed TAT/SLA.

Handle client queries, concerns and escalations and ensure timely resolution.

Coordinate with Payroll, Recruitment and Compliance teams for smooth operations.

Conduct regular client meetings to understand current and upcoming requirements.

Monitor service quality, client satisfaction and overall account performance.

Support new client acquisition through networking, references, LinkedIn, cold calling and market mapping, as required.

Maintain regular MIS and reports covering client requirements, payroll activities and service delivery.

Ensure close monitoring and effective client service, particularly for newly acquired clients in the Hyderabad region.

Candidate Profile

Graduate / MBA / PGDM in Sales, Marketing, HR or related field.

5–8 years of experience in Client Servicing, Account Management, Payroll, Staffing or HR Services.

Strong experience in client relationship management and service delivery.

Hands-on understanding of payroll operations and processes.

Experience handling client queries, escalations and internal coordination.

Knowledge of PF, ESIC, PT, Shops & Establishments, CLRA and other statutory compliances will be an advantage.

Strong communication, coordination, negotiation and relationship-management skills.

Comfortable interacting with HR Heads, Payroll/Finance teams and senior client stakeholders.
