Business Development Manager – Luxury Gifting & Partnerships

Role Overview

We are looking for an entrepreneurial, curious and hands-on Business Development Manager to help build the market for SVS across Corporate Gifting, Weddings, Premium Retail, Interior Designers, Hospitality and Strategic Partnerships.

This is not a conventional sales role. We are looking for someone who enjoys opening doors, creating opportunities, building relationships and taking ownership from the first conversation to repeat business — while being willing to go beyond the defined role as we build SVS together.

Job Responsibilities

Build and develop the B2B sales and partnership ecosystem for SVS Luxe Concepts.

Identify and acquire customers across corporates, gifting agencies, wedding planners, designers, premium retailers and hospitality.

Prospect actively through calls, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, exhibitions and direct outreach.

Understand customer occasions, audiences and budgets and curate solutions rather than simply sell products.

Present the SVS story, collections and craftsmanship effectively to decision-makers.

Develop proposals, quotations and customized gifting solutions; negotiate and close business.

Own opportunities from Prospecting → Presentation → Proposal → Order → Collection → Repeat Business.

Build a healthy sales pipeline and maintain disciplined CRM, forecasts and follow-ups.

Identify new channels, collaborations, pop-ups, events and strategic partnerships for SVS.

Bring customer and market insights back into product, packaging, pricing and brand decisions.

Work closely with the Founder on key customers and growth initiatives.

Be ready to roll up your sleeves and take ownership beyond the job description whenever required.

Pay

Up to ₹150,000.00 per month
