We are looking for a Front Office Supervisor to support the daily front desk operations of our boutique hotel and ensure a friendly and smooth guest experience.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily front desk activities.

Handle guest check-in and check-out.

Assist guests with enquiries and requests.

Coordinate room status with Housekeeping.

Assist with reservations, room assignments and billing.

Maintain basic front office records.

Guide front office staff and ensure proper service standards.

Handle guest concerns professionally.

Requirements

3+ years of hotel Front Office experience.

Previous supervisory experience is preferred.

Good communication and customer service skills.

Basic computer knowledge; hotel PMS experience is an advantage.

Willingness to work shifts, weekends and holidays when required.
