JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Product Advisor to join our sales team at our Aluva showroom.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Attend showroom walk-in customers and understand their requirements.

Explain product features, specifications, range, pricing and offers.

Conduct product demonstrations and coordinate test rides.

Make regular follow-up calls to leads and enquiries.

Convert enquiries into bookings.

Achieve monthly booking and retail sales targets.

Follow up with booked customers until vehicle delivery.

Maintain proper lead and customer follow-up records.

Update CRM/DMS regularly.

Coordinate with finance, insurance and delivery teams.

Maintain good customer relationships and provide an excellent buying experience.

Stay updated about new products, offers and EV technology.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

Previous experience in automobile, EV, two-wheeler or retail sales is preferred.

Strong communication and customer-handling skills.

Good follow-up and sales conversion skills.

Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Good Malayalam and English communication skills.

Passion for automobiles and electric vehicles.

Freshers with strong communication and sales skills may also apply.
