Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from requirement understanding to candidate joining.
• Understand hiring requirements across different departments and translate them into effective sourcing strategies.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, job portals, and other relevant channels.
• Screen candidates based on experience, skills, industry background, compensation, notice period, and role-specific requirements.
• Independently handle critical and senior-level positions.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and stakeholders for profile validation, interview scheduling, and feedback.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and candidates.
• Conduct salary discussions and manage candidate expectations during the hiring process.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
• Monitor hiring TAT and ensure positions are closed within defined timelines.
• Identify challenges such as salary constraints, notice periods, location limitations, and candidate availability and work on suitable solutions.
• Support and guide junior recruiters in sourcing, screening, follow-ups, and recruitment processes.
• Coordinate with colleges and placement teams for campus hiring and placement drives. ● Develop a pipeline of candidates for recurring and critical hiring requirements.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Required

Pay

₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
