HR & Talent Acquisition Experience: 7+ years

Role Overview We are seeking a HR & Talent Acquisition professional to lead recruitment, employee review, and talent development for Raghav Polymers Group.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, interview, and onboard qualified candidates, senior management for technical, operational, and corporate roles using application tracking systems
• Run LinkedIn campaigns, university outreach, and industry networking for hiring talent
• Manage statutory requirements such as PF, ESI and others
• Conduct periodic performance reviews of employees
• Manage payroll using Keka HR
• Coordinate orientation programs to accelerate new‑hire productivity
• Track recruitment KPIs such as time‑to‑fill, source‑of‑hire, and turnover, attrition rate providing insights for continuous improvement

Skills & Requirements

• Mandatory: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• Mandatory: 7+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
• Mandatory: Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, iCIMS) and MS Office/Google Suite
• Mandatory : English, Hindi and Telugu
• Mandatory: Strong communication and negotiation abilities
• Mandatory: Analytical mindset with data‑driven decision‑making
• Mandatory: Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment
• Preferred: Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM‑CP, PHR)
• Preferred: Experience in manufacturing or industrial sectors
• Preferred: Knowledge of HRIS platforms (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday)
• Preferred: Multilingual capabilities (regional languages)
• Preferred: Experience with campus recruitment and university partnerships
