Product & Process Trainer

Roles and Responsibilities

Design and deliver training programs for insurance products, processes, and sales techniques to new hires and existing employees.

Develop and maintain training materials, including presentations, manuals, and online modules.

Conduct regular training sessions to ensure effective knowledge transfer and skill development among participants.

Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging and interactive learning experiences.

Handling the refresher training for existing team players

Handling the mock calls; barging live calls before/ post-handover is done to the process Head.

Well versed in training the objection handling calls

Interface with customers as needed.

Conduct Need analysis and share feedback with stakeholders

Job Requirements

1-3 years of experience in BPO or call center industry.

Strong background in process training, product training, or sales training.

Excellent communication skills with ability to train diverse groups of people.

Ability to design effective lesson plans using various instructional methods.

Call monitoring as per requirement.
