Job Description

We are hiring Customer Support Associates for an International E-commerce Seller Support process. The role involves assisting sellers with account-related queries, orders, payments, product listings, shipping, returns, refunds, and other seller-related concerns through assigned support channels.

Key Responsibilities

Handle seller queries through voice, chat, and email, as assigned.

Resolve issues related to orders, payments, account management, listings, shipping, and returns.

Provide accurate information and timely resolutions.

Maintain proper case documentation and follow process guidelines.

Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.

Eligibility Criteria

Experience in E-commerce, Seller Support, Customer Support, or BPO is preferred.

Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).

Good problem-solving and customer-handling skills.

Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Comfortable with rotational shifts and rotational week offs.

Work Schedule

5 days working

Rotational shifts and weekly offs

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
