About the role
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Delivery Manager to lead a global application delivery team supporting and enhancing business-critical digital solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for driving agile delivery, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing release plans, and ensuring alignment between business priorities and technology execution. You will work with stakeholders across business and IT to deliver continuous improvements, manage operational support activities, and help ensure high-quality releases in a fast-paced international environment. Key responsibilities
Lead and coordinate a multidisciplinary delivery team operating in an Agile environment.
Own sprint and release planning, including capacity forecasting and milestone management.
Manage dependencies, priorities, risks, and delivery challenges across multiple workstreams.
Facilitate collaboration between business stakeholders, product owners, analysts, architects, developers, testers, and support teams.
Monitor delivery progress and provide transparent status reporting to leadership and stakeholders.
Support release readiness activities and coordinate quality assurance and user acceptance processes.
Remove blockers and help create an environment where teams can deliver effectively and sustainably.
Drive execution of enhancement, maintenance and support new initiatives.
Promote continuous improvement of team ways of working, delivery practices, and operational excellence.
Support platform roadmap initiatives by identifying and evaluating opportunities to apply AI, automation, and digital innovation to business processes, user experiences, and delivery practices.

About you
What we are looking for
Experience leading software delivery, application management, or product engineering international teams.
Overall 5+ years of relevant experience.
Bachelor or Master's degree.
Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and iterative delivery methodologies.
Experience driving digital transformation, innovation, or platform modernization initiatives.
Proven ability to coordinate business and technical stakeholders across global teams.
Proactive, forward leaning and the ability to challenge the status quo.
Continuously improve team velocity, quality, and delivery performance to ensure Operational Excellence
Experience with release planning, backlog management, resource and capacity planning.
Strong communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Experience managing risks, dependencies, and competing priorities.
Experience with enterprise business applications, CRM platforms, or digital transformation initiatives is an advantage.
Familiarity with Salesforce or similar cloud platforms is desirable
Success in this roleThe successful candidate will be a proactive delivery leader who can align business priorities with technical execution, build strong relationships across teams, maintain delivery momentum, and ensure high-quality outcomes for a global user community.
Continuous improvement adoption is the key focus area. Security and compliance with statutory requirements in the countries in which we operate is essential for DNV.
