Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound & outbound enquiries
Qualify leads and understand customer requirements
Generate and convert site visits
Nurture leads through regular follow-ups
Maintain CRM and lead records
Coordinate with the Sales Team for conversions
Achieve monthly lead & site-visit targets
What We’re Looking For
1–3 years of experience in Tele Sales / Presales Real Estate
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Strong follow-up and persuasion abilities
Target-oriented and customer-focused
