Position: - Admin Executive
No of Position: - 02

Desired Profile: - We are looking for a motivated and responsible Admin Executive for the PMC Department. The candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day administrative activities, coordinating with team members, maintaining records, and supporting project-related operations to ensure smooth workflow.

Education and Qualifications: - Any Graduate
Roles and Responsibilities: -

Handle daily administrative and office coordination work

Maintain project documents, reports, and records properly

Assist in data entries and documentation

Manage emails, calls, scheduling

Support the PMC team in operational and site-related coordination work

Ensure office files and project data are updated regularly

Perform general office management and support activities

Required Skills

Good communication and coordination skills

Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email handling)

Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently

Good organizational and documentation skills

Responsible, punctual, and team-oriented attitude

Experience: - 0 To 3 years of experience in Administrative Work.
Salary Range: – Will be decided after discussion with the candidate, it will be according to market standards.

Mode of Working: - Vadodara, Gujarat. (however, the candidate shall be willing to travel all over India as and when required depending on project requirement)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
