Customer Support Associate

About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Support Associate to handle webinar and consultation leads, assist clients throughout the process, and ensure smooth communication and follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

• Call and communicate with clients who register for our webinars and consultations.
• Coordinate and schedule consultation slots based on client availability.
• Host and assist with online consultation meetings.
• Collect required documents and information from clients.
• Follow up with clients and assist them with any queries or support they need.
• Maintain regular communication with clients throughout their journey.
• Conduct secondary follow-ups for pending/balance payments.
• Update client details, consultation status, documents, and follow-ups in the company system/CRM.
• Ensure a smooth and professional client experience from registration to consultation and further support.

Requirements

• Good communication skills in English; knowledge of Tamil/Hindi is an added advantage.
• Comfortable speaking with clients over phone calls and online meetings.
• Basic computer and CRM/software knowledge.
• Good follow-up and coordination skills.
• Previous experience in customer support, telecalling, inside sales, or client coordination is preferred.

Ideal Candidate

Someone who is confident on calls, organized, responsible with follow-ups, and comfortable handling clients independently.

Pay

₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
