- Keep Clean
- Wash cups, clean espresso machines, and sanitize work areas.
- Manage Stock
- Check inventory, restock items, and track expired goods.
- Prepare Food
- Heat or serve light snacks like pastries and sandwiches.
Requirements and Skills
- Experience
- 0 to 2 years working in a cafe, restaurant, or customer service.
- Coffee Knowledge
- Know how to use espresso machines, grinders, and brew methods.
- Communication
- Speak clearly and be polite with customers and staff.
- Pace
- Work fast and stay calm during busy hours.
- Schedule
- Be ready to work flexible shifts, including weekends.
