Overview

Coresight Research is looking for a detail-oriented Events Associate to join our team. This role is essential in coordinating and managing digital and in-person events, ensuring seamless execution and high engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Event Management

Manage Coresight’s digital event production, including webinars, LinkedIn Live sessions, and other events.

Webinar Coordination

Set up webinars, send promotional emails, and coordinate webinar participants.

Marketing Assets Coordination: Coordinate social media and other marketing assets for webinars and events, such as social posts, intro videos and slide decks.

Email Campaigns

Prepare and send email campaigns for webinars and other events.

Email List Management

Clean and improve the events email list to increase RSVPs.

Tool Management

Manage Zoom and Restream accounts, archive videos, and coordinate brand-building webinars.

Key Skills

Strong skills in event planning and execution.

Excellent community engagement and marketing communication skills.

Proficient in project coordination and management.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

3-5 years of experience in event coordination, marketing, or a similar role.

Proficiency in digital event production tools (e.g., Zoom, Restream).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
