Job Overview

We are looking for an E-Commerce Account Executive to manage and optimize e-commerce marketplace accounts, product listings, and day-to-day technical operations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage e-commerce marketplace accounts and seller dashboards.

Create, update and optimize product listings.

Optimize product titles, descriptions, bullet points, keywords and product information.

Upload and manage product images, attributes, specifications and variations.

Perform listing optimization to improve product visibility.

Manage product catalog, pricing, inventory and listing status.

Identify and resolve listing errors, suppressed listings and catalog issues.

Monitor account health and marketplace notifications.

Handle basic marketplace technical issues and coordinate with marketplace support.

Monitor orders, cancellations, returns and account-related activities.

Analyze basic sales and listing reports.

Ensure all product information is accurate and updated.

Training will be provided to selected freshers.

Required Skills

Basic computer and internet knowledge.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.

Good attention to detail.

Basic understanding of keywords and SEO is an advantage.

Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Willingness to learn e-commerce tools and marketplace platforms.

Ability to work with product data and online dashboards.
