- Assist the Team Leader in managing daily hub/warehouse operations.
- Monitor and coordinate Ground Coordinators, Field Executives, and delivery staff.
- Ensure timely completion of sorting, scanning, loading, unloading, and internal movement activities.
- Track daily manpower availability and coordinate replacement/backup manpower when required.
- Monitor attendance, shift allocation, and employee reporting.
- Ensure proper scanning and movement of shipments as per operational processes.
- Coordinate with the Operations Manager/Team Leader regarding daily operational requirements.
- Handle employee queries and support the team in resolving operational issues.
- Monitor productivity, attendance, and overall team performance.
- Ensure compliance with Delhivery SOPs, safety guidelines, and operational standards.
- Prepare and share daily operational/MIS reports.
- Support the Team Leader in achieving daily productivity and service-level targets.
- Pay
- ₹18,000.00 - ₹19,500.00 per month
