Educational Qualification

B.E. (Mechanical)

Total \& Relevant Experience: 2 to 5 years

Age Limit

24 to 28 years

Functional \& Technical Expertise

Pre-sales, technical consultation, and engineering principles behind product applications.

Understanding product technical specifications and operational limitations.

Technical support, troubleshooting, and product demonstrations.

Purpose of the Role

Deliver ambitious sales growth within assigned focus markets.

Drive business development and secure product specification and approval with key Institutions and OEMs.

Build a healthy project pipeline to propel long-term commercial success.

Main Responsibilities \& Key Deliverables

Technical Sales \& Pre-Sales: Meet with prospective clients daily to assess technical needs, conduct product demonstrations, and recommend customized solutions.

Account \& Pipeline Management: Develop deep technical knowledge of product technologies (such as industrial adhesives) to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.

Relationship Building: Establish and cultivate strong long-term business relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and technical leads at large manufacturing facilities and OEMs.

Reporting \& Compliance: Ensure prompt and accurate submission of daily sales reports, respecting strict adherence to deadlines.

Key Stakeholder Interactions

External (Customers): Daily client visits, technical solution presentations, product demonstrations, and continuous technical support.

Internal (Cross-Functional Teams)

Reporting Manager

Regular communication on client interactions, sales progress, and pipeline updates.

Purchase Team

Collaborate on material requirements to align with project timelines.

Accounts Team

Coordinate on client billing, invoicing, and payment processing.

Management Team

Align on strategic sales targets and business initiatives.

Working Conditions

Field Travel: Requires high mobility with up to 90% travel within the assigned territory for client meetings and technical demonstrations.

Pay

₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
