Achieve daily/monthly team targets. Monitor calling, follow-ups and conversions. Train and guide team members. Track team performance and prepare reports. Support the team in lead conversion and customer handling. 🎯 Requirements: 2–3+ years of experience in Personal Loan / Overdraft / Banking Sales. Good communication and team-handling skills. Strong leadership and target-oriented approach.
