JUNIOR WEBSITE DEVELOPER – SEO

Job Summary

We are looking for a Junior Website Developer with SEO knowledge to develop, maintain, and optimize company websites. The candidate should have basic web development skills along with an understanding of SEO, website performance, and search engine optimization techniques.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and update company websites.

Write and modify code using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Ensure websites are responsive, user-friendly, and mobile-friendly.

Implement basic on-page SEO techniques.

Optimize page titles, meta descriptions, headings, URLs, images, and internal links.

Perform basic keyword research and implement keywords appropriately.

Improve website speed, performance, and technical SEO.

Identify and fix website errors, broken links, and other technical issues.

Monitor website performance using Google Search Console and Google Analytics.

Assist with SEO audits and implement recommended improvements.

Coordinate with the content/marketing team for SEO and website updates.

Keep websites updated according to current web development and SEO practices.

Required Skills

Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing.

Understanding of on-page and technical SEO.

Knowledge of keyword research and SEO tools.

Familiarity with Google Search Console and Google Analytics.

Basic knowledge of WordPress/PHP will be an advantage.

Basic understanding of website speed and mobile optimization.

Good problem-solving and communication skills.

Willingness to learn new technologies.

Qualification & Experience

BCA / MCA / B.Tech / Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

0–2 years of experience in web development and SEO.

Freshers with relevant projects and practical knowledge can apply.
