- managing a team of 10-15 people in terms of regular performance, attendance, hiring, on boarding and off boarding formalities.
- Making calls on the leads generated by the marketing team to get details from them and align visits and meetings
- All these things need to be done working from the front desk, since it is an interior designing company, so we have very few people walking in the office.
