Electrical Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

Supervise day-to-day electrical maintenance and repair activities.

Plan and allocate work to electricians and electrical technicians.

Monitor electrical installations, wiring, panels, motors, generators, lighting systems, and other electrical equipment.

Diagnose electrical faults and coordinate corrective maintenance.

Ensure preventive and predictive maintenance schedules are completed on time.

Inspect electrical equipment and installations for safety, quality, and compliance.

Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and single-line diagrams.

Maintain records of maintenance activities, breakdowns, inspections, and spare parts.

Coordinate with contractors and vendors for electrical projects and maintenance work.

Ensure proper use and availability of electrical tools, equipment, and PPE.

Enforce electrical safety procedures, lockout/tagout (LOTO), and safe working practices.

Support electrical installation and commissioning activities for new equipment or projects.

Monitor material and spare-parts requirements and coordinate procurement.

Investigate electrical breakdowns and recommend measures to prevent recurrence.

Conduct toolbox talks and provide technical guidance to electrical technicians.

Ensure compliance with applicable electrical standards, company procedures, and statutory requirements.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance reports.

Pay

₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
